It is an honor for you to allow us to bring our premium beef from our family ranch to your table. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website operated by RY- Family Ranches and the purchase of beef through our online ordering platform.  By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Order Fulfillment

We strive to fill and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Fulfillment times may vary between 1 and 14 days, depending on inventory and shipping logistics. As a small, family-operated ranch, some items may occasionally be out of stock. In the event you have placed an order for an item that is out of stock, we will contact you to try to find a replacement item that will work for you. If we are unable to find a satisfactory replacement item, we will refund your payment, as your sole remedy. 

Please ensure your order details are correct before finalizing your purchase, as we are unable to modify or edit orders once they are placed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time prior to shipping. In the event we cancel your order, we will refund your payment, as your sole remedy.

Product Weight

Our beef products are sourced from individual animals, leading to natural variations in size and weight. While we provide general weight estimations, exact weights and cuts may differ slightly. We strive to offer accurate representations of each product and appreciate your understanding of this variability.

Shipping and Handling

Given the perishable nature of our products, we take utmost care in packaging and shipping to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. All orders are shipped frozen with dry ice or other variations of coolants to maintain product quality during transit. Our packaging is designed to keep products frozen for at least 3 days, but this may vary depending on external temperatures and geographic location.

We recommend that you plan accordingly to receive your order promptly upon delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress. The packages will include set of instructions upon arrival. It is imperative you follow them should you have any issues with the arrival. Should you not follow these instructions upon arrival, your order will not be eligible for refund.

Payment and Billing

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the provided payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount, including taxes and any applicable fees. Payment will be processed at the time of purchase.

If there are issues processing your payment, your order may be delayed or canceled. Please address any payment concerns promptly to avoid disruptions.

Returns and Refunds

Due to USDA regulations, we cannot accept returns for perishable items. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as damage, please contact us at ry-familyranches@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery. Providing photos of the package and any issues will help expedite resolution.

If we determine that a refund is appropriate, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds may be issued as a full or partial refund, store credit, or replacement products, at our discretion.

Taxes

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where it is required. Taxes may vary based on current rates and regulations.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
